Tony Horton is the creator of the best-selling fitness series P90X®. Ted is a yoga teacher, fitness trainer, endurance athlete, entrepreneur, philanthropist and modern day adventurer. A former Elite Adventure Racer and a Lacrosse player at UCLA, he has been an athlete his entire life. He began teaching yoga and meditation over a decade ago and continues to compete in marathons, triathlons, trail races and ultra marathons. His versatility and knowledge allow him to successfully tailor his teaching to a diverse audience, including professional athletes, business professionals, yoga teachers, as well as beginning students.
Educated in both Iyengar and Ashtanga styles of yoga, Ted’s focused session will be on strength, alignment and breathing, in order to help you increase your flexibility, strength and focus. Ted’s class is specifically designed to lengthen connective tissue, prevent injuries and open energetic pathways in the body.
Michael is a NASM certified trainer, he is also certified in several other modalities including Yoga, P90X, Boxing and Gymnastics. He is a 2nd degree black belt in mixed martial arts and has taught martial arts, parkour, gymnastics, group fitness and power tumbling. He focuses on several different areas of fitness including, functional training, athletic performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation, power lifting, ninja warrior training and kickboxing.
Michael will teach you to not only use your body as a weapon but also a gym. Train fighting techniques from punches and strikes to devastating kicks and high-flying acrobatics. You will also practice primal movements, getting back to how the human body was built to move. Workouts are fun, challenging and applicable to daily activities and self-defense.
Melissa Costello is a Transformational Eating Coach, Author, Speaker and Holistic Nutritionist. Her years of work as a private chef for Tony Horton organically led her to work with her clients on a much deeper level when she recognized the struggles they had with consistent, healthy eating and sustainable weight loss.

Virgile grew up in show business in his father’s circus in France. At age fifteen he made the decision to enter the CNAC, the French state circus college, where he was trained and mentored by the legendary Claude Victoria. After winning a Gold Medal at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Paris, Virgile then embarked on a brilliant international career that took him to prominent venues such as Circus Knie in Switzerland, Cirque du Soleil in Canada, Big Apple Circus in New York, and may others worldwide.
In his workshop, Virgile will share his thirty-plus years of experience, and focus on the development of basic handstand skills. In addition, he will target increasing power and resistance, as well as the importance of a specifically adapted warm up for handstand and headstand, with the goal that you leave with the basic knowledge of these skills, and the ability to incorporate them into daily practice.
